Welcome to Gaddha («قدّها»), a trivia game operated by Zaid Shalbak. By using the game you agree to these terms.

The game

Gaddha is an online game played on a phone, tablet or computer, optionally shown on a TV. We work to keep questions and answers accurate, but mistakes can happen; tell us and we will fix them. The game is for entertainment and is not an authoritative source.

Accounts

• Accounts are for adults (18+), who are responsible for the game night and for use of their account.
• Keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect someone else used your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Your content

You are responsible for «قدّنا؟» secrets and team names you write. Do not post anything offensive, harmful, or private about someone without their permission. Link creators can delete any secret, and we may remove content that breaks these rules.

Plans and prices

• Free: the first full game night with all categories, then a limited set of categories.
• Night pass: a one-time payment for one full game night with all categories, kept in your account until you play it.
• Gaddha Unlimited: a yearly (or monthly) subscription with unlimited game nights. It renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown clearly before payment and may change; changes do not affect a paid period already in progress.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

• Night pass: full refund within 14 days of purchase if the night has not been started.
• Subscription: full refund within 14 days of the first payment or of an annual renewal.
• To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact gaddhaps@gmail.com.

Not allowed

Copying, selling or republishing the questions or designs, attempting to hack or disrupt the game, or using it unlawfully.

Ownership

The questions, illustrations, design and the name «قدّها» / Gaddha belong to us. Images from Wikimedia Commons belong to their authors and are credited with the answer.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the game running, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game before they take effect.
